*ArchTV recommends that our Customers Disconnect their Internet for one (1) hour twice a month to reset the internet speed for a smooth running of our Streaming Service 


*Example of Twice a Month would be the 1st and the 15th of each month 


*Doing these procedures ensures a continuous quality viewing experience!

Go to setting on your FireStick, then scroll to My Fire TV and select it. Look for About and select it then scroll down to check for updates or install updates. Once done! Your FireStick is up-to-date with the most current version.


Unplug your Fire Stick, all cords because these devices get HOT!
